Nutrition

As a mother, and former Chef, I understand the importance of feeding our children well balanced meals.  I strive to utilize my culinary skills to provide the children with tasty, fresh and nutritious meals and snacks, that meet and exceed all USDA recommendations.  With this in mind I make an effort to purchase produce from local farmers markets and produce stands when it is available.  As much as possible, I serve the children fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, I prefer to only serve what is in season. I also prepare fresh, from scratch meals, and bake many of our treats here at home as well.  When they are ready for solid foods, I offer babies homemade baby food made from fresh fruits and vegetables.

Meal times are as follows:

Breakfast        8:00
Lunch             11:30
Snack             3:00 or after nap-time


We provide Target Brand Formula, as well as homemade baby food. Any parent wishing to bring their own formula or foods are welcomed to do so.
